Ok, so after reading up on the Habsburg law it turns out my family was exciled, then let back in to the country. It is unclear weather or not hey are back in power so I have now emailed Dr. Otto von Habsburg. The ruler of Austria (I think) so this search has taken a new spin as I ttry to answer the question,
